Ramblings about Valentines Day

I have a problem with birthday sex, or any other kind of holiday or special day sex. My problem with it is that (and it is taking a while for me to articulate exactly what my problem is) it can become like an obligation. Like giving gifts. Lets take blowjobs for example. Perhaps you don't give your man head very often. But on his birthday, you always give him head because it's his birthday. Ok, I will admit it is nice to spoil the one you love on their birthday, but only if you are enjoying it. If you aren't enjoying it, and you are only doing it out of obligation to his birthday, then that is bullshit. We are already suckered into buying expensive gifts out of obligations built up by successful advertising, why do something sexual when you don't want to as well? On the other hand, if you do enjoy it, get into it! Anyway, I'm not sure I have successfully explained my problem with birthday head (or obligatory gift buying... got a better idea of why this pisses me off? or why it pisses you off? - leave a comment!), but in addition to the above readon, sex shouldn't be used as a gift or method of payment. This valentines day however, I did spoil my boy with some sexy head, after we spoiled each other making some delicious homemade chocolate mousse. But sorry if you read this far, I won't post that story for a few days.
